Aabis-SP Tablet works by combining the effects of Aceclofenac and Paracetamol. Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and inflammation by blocking the production of chemical messengers called prostaglandins. Paracetamol works by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins in the brain, which helps to reduce fever and enhance pain relief.

Scientifically, Aceclofenac inhibits the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, which are involved in the synthesis of prostaglandins. Paracetamol primarily acts on the central nervous system and increases the pain threshold by inhibiting COX enzymes in the brain.
