Acenate-SP Tablet works by combining the effects of Aceclofenac and Paracetamol. Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces inflammation and pain by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers in the body. Paracetamol is an analgesic that helps reduce fever and enhance pain relief.

Scientifically, Aceclofenac inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, which are involved in the synthesis of prostaglandins, leading to reduced inflammation and pain. Paracetamol works centrally in the brain to block pain signals and reduce fever by acting on the hypothalamus.
