Paracetamol works by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins in the brain, which helps reduce pain and fever.

Scientifically, Aceclofenac is a COX-2 selective inhibitor, which decreases the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for inflammation and pain. Paracetamol acts centrally by inhibiting the cyclooxygenase enzyme in the brain, leading to reduced pain and fever.
