Acezof-Plus Oral Suspension works by combining the effects of Paracetamol and Aceclofenac. Paracetamol helps to reduce fever and relieve pain by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins in the brain. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces inflammation and pain by blocking the action of cyclooxygenase enzymes, which are involved in the production of prostaglandins.

Scientifically, Paracetamol acts centrally in the brain to inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are chemicals responsible for causing pain and fever. Aceclofenac, on the other hand, inhibits the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, particularly COX-2, which leads to decreased formation of prostaglandins, thereby reducing inflammation and pain.
