Acip-MR Tablet is a combination medication containing Aceclofenac and Paracetamol. It is primarily used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with conditions such as arthritis, muscle pain, and dental pain. This medicine is suitable for adults and should be used under medical supervision. It works by reducing the production of certain chemicals in the body that cause pain and inflammation. Off-label Uses

Acip-MR Tablet works by combining the effects of Aceclofenac and Paracetamol. Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and inflammation by blocking the production of certain chemicals in the body. Paracetamol is an analgesic that helps in reducing pain and fever.

Scientifically, Aceclofenac inhibits the enzyme cyclooxygenase (COX), which is involved in the synthesis of prostaglandins, compounds that mediate inflammation and pain. Paracetamol works centrally in the brain to increase the pain threshold and reduce fever by acting on the hypothalamic heat-regulating center.
