Scientifically, Aceclofenac inhibits the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, which are responsible for the production of prostaglandins, chemicals in the body that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol works by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins in the brain, which helps in reducing pain and fever.
