Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and inflammation. Paracetamol is an analgesic that helps reduce fever and pain. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that helps reduce swelling. This medication is typically used for conditions such as arthritis, muscle pain, and post-surgical pain.
