Scientifically, Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits the enzyme cyclooxygenase (COX), which is involved in the synthesis of prostaglandins, leading to reduced inflammation and pain. Paracetamol works centrally in the brain to relieve pain and reduce fever.
