Asozen-Forte Tablet works by combining the effects of Aceclofenac and Paracetamol. Aceclofenac reduces inflammation and pain by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers in the body. Paracetamol works by inhibiting pain signals to the brain and reducing fever.

Scientifically, Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, which are involved in the synthesis of prostaglandins. Paracetamol, also known as acetaminophen, works centrally in the brain to block pain signals and reduce fever by inhibiting the COX pathway in the central nervous system.
