Acevir-P Oral Suspension works by combining the effects of Paracetamol and Aceclofenac. Paracetamol helps to reduce fever and relieve pain by blocking the production of certain chemicals in the brain. Aceclofenac reduces inflammation and pain by inhibiting enzymes that lead to inflammation.

Scientifically, Paracetamol acts on the hypothalamus to produce an antipyretic effect and inhibits prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system. Aceclofenac is an NSAID that inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, which are involved in the synthesis of prostaglandins, thereby reducing pain and inflammation.
