Aester-P Oral Suspension works by combining the effects of Paracetamol and Aceclofenac. Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic that helps reduce pain and fever. Aceclofenac is an NSAID that reduces inflammation and pain by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, chemicals responsible for inflammation and pain.

Scientifically, Paracetamol works by inhibiting the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzyme in the brain, which decreases the synthesis of prostaglandins. Aceclofenac inhibits COX enzymes in peripheral tissues, reducing the formation of prostaglandins involved in inflammation and pain.
