Scientifically, Paracetamol inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins in the central nervous system and works peripherally to block pain impulse generation. Aceclofenac works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, which are involved in the synthesis of prostaglandins, thereby reducing inflammation and pain.
