Fechem-P Oral Suspension is a combination medicine used to relieve pain and reduce inflammation. Fechem-P Oral Suspension works by combining the effects of Paracetamol and Aceclofenac. Paracetamol helps to relieve pain and reduce fever by blocking the production of certain chemicals in the brain. Aceclofenac reduces inflammation and pain by inhibiting the enzymes responsible for the production of inflammatory chemicals.

Scientifically, Paracetamol acts centrally by inhibiting the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzyme in the brain, which reduces the synthesis of prostaglandins, thereby lowering pain and fever. Aceclofenac is a COX inhibitor that works by blocking the COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes, reducing the formation of prostaglandins involved in inflammation and pain.
