Paracetamol works by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins in the brain, which are chemicals responsible for pain and fever. Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that blocks the action of cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing the formation of prostaglandins that cause inflammation and pain.
