Scientifically, Paracetamol inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins in the brain, which are responsible for causing pain and fever. Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), works by blocking the enzyme cyclooxygenase (COX), which is involved in the production of prostaglandins, thereby reducing pain and inflammation.
